The Body Language is very important when you are in a sales meeting. Well, it’s actually important in any situation in our life but, when you are selling, doing a presentation or showing your products to a prospect, then, it became one of the most important things in your communication.

Social psychologist Amy Cuddy shows how “power posing” — standing in a posture of confidence, even when we don’t feel confident — can affect testosterone and cortisol levels in the brain, and might even have an impact on our chances for success.
