This is a very interesting video, a TED-talk about how to stay calm when you are in a stressful situation.

When you are stress, brain releases cortisol which actually is poison to your brain, so if you apply this techniques it will be very helpful for your health and for your actions if you have to take a decision.

Cortisol is a biological hormone designed to command you to run away from a dangerous situation. But today, you make decisions in bad situations, not run away (imagine yourself running away from a difficult negotiation at work, not too good).

Everybody knows you do not perform your best if you are stressed.
